- Catfish Nuggets - $2.99/lb - Albertson's (These little pieces are really good fried in a cornmeal batter- Southern Style. I douse them with hot sauce sometimes. Either before or after.)
- Beef Chuck Roast - $1.69/lb - Safeway (Winter food makes the kitchen smell great.)
- Shrimp, Cooked (Little ones for salad) - 2lbs for $7.98 - Safeway
- Artichokes - $2/ea - Fred's
- Chicken, Whole - $.79/lb - Fred's Limit 3 (Sunday dinner at my house. Week after week, I never tire of it.)
- Tomatoes, Canned 15 oz - $.59 - Albertson's (Stock the pantry.)
- Pork Loin Whole in Bag - $1.99/lb - Safeway (I'm slicing it into big thick chops and doing the traditional stuffing.)
